We are not a third-party management company. We buy the house directly, fix them up and rent at or below market value. When you have a problem, you contact us directly and get a response from one of your exclusive workers. Bret Tomford (Managing Partner) meets every prospective tenant. We perform bi-annual inspections and provide tenant with ways to communicate issues.
