We do everything in-house. We meet all prospective tenants personally and we are the direct contact for any issues whether rent collection or repairs. We do NOT use a 3rd party property management company. We are HANDS ON.

Quality Tenants
We meet all prospective tenants in person when viewing the property. We use a third party vendor for applications (myrental.com) to prevent any biases. We build a relationship with tenants to keep them satisfied with their home and rental agreement.
Meet the CEO
Bret Tomford
Is the Chief Manager and Owner of T R H Properties. He bought his 1st rental in 2001 and has continued to monitor the rental markets ever since. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a BA in Economics. He went on to get his MBA at Case Western Reserve’s Weatherhead School of Management.
Bret had a long career as an Institutional Bond Salesman at several companies. He then saw a glaring need in 2011 for rehabbing run-down properties from the financial crisis of 2008 and renting them at market or below rates.
He retired in 2018 from the Bond business and has been running T R H Home Rental full time ever since.
