In 2012 we saw a large gap in how single family rental houses were being kept up. We knew that if we maintained the houses as if we lived in them we would have good tenants that wanted to stay indefinitely. We take pride in the condition our houses are kept and the relationship we build with our tenants. The tenants are as much a partner with us as we are a housing provider for them.
