In 2012 we saw a glaring need for quality and affordable houses to rent. The 2008 housing crisis caused a large vacuum in the B/C tier rentals. Our main mission was to buy and fix up houses to rent at reasonable prices to quality renters. We did not want to be the typical small landlord that does not take care of the tenants and/or the property.
